Advanced Dermatology Return Policy – Omnilux Devices

• Opened or used Omnilux devices are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the device is completely unopened, in its original box with the plastic wrap still intact.

• If there is an issue with the device itself, customers must submit a warranty claim directly through Omnilux.

◦ A photo or video showing the defect is required

Omnilux provides a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all devices and typically responds to warranty inquiries within 3–4 business days.
