Advanced Dermatology Omnilux Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Opened or used Omnilux devices are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the device is completely unopened, in its original box with the plastic wrap still intact.
• If a returned box appears opened, used, or tampered with in any way, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
• If there is an issue with the device itself, customers must submit a warranty claim directly through Omnilux, which requires:

 ◦ Proof of purchase
 ◦ The device serial number
 ◦ A photo or video showing the defect

Omnilux provides a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all devices and typically responds to warranty inquiries within 3–4 business days.
