Request a Refund or Exchange

We realize there may be times you need to return a product. Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund/exchange. If Advanced Dermatology receives your new item within 14 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to the same card used to process the order.
