Advanced Dermatology Online Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY ONLINE REWARDS PROGRAM 

Membership & Eligibility 

The Advanced Dermatology Online Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed to reward patients and customers for investing in healthier skin through physician-recommended skincare and aesthetic solutions. 

Membership is available to individuals residing in the United States who are at least 13 years of age. Enrollment is complimentary, and no purchase is necessary to join. Each member may maintain one rewards account associated with a unique email address. 

By joining the Program, members gain access to exclusive offers, personalized skincare benefits, referral rewards, and member-only earning opportunities designed to enhance their skincare journey. 

Advanced Dermatology reserves the right to limit, suspend, terminate, or revoke memberships, rewards, points balances, or tier status at its discretion in cases involving misuse, fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. 

The Program is void where prohibited by law. 

Enrollment 

Online Enrollment 

Patients and customers may enroll through the Advanced Dermatology website by creating an online account. Once enrolled, qualifying purchases and eligible activities will automatically track the member’s rewards account. 

Reward Membership Levels 

The Advanced Dermatology Online Rewards Program includes three membership levels designed to recognize and reward continued engagement and qualifying annual purchases. 

Derm Points 

Entry Level 
Earn 3 Derm Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. 

Derm VIP 

Spend $500 annually 
Earn 4 Derm Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. 

Derm Elite 

Spend $1,200 annually 
Earn 5 Derm Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. 

Membership tiers are based on qualifying purchases made during the calendar year. Once a member reaches a new tier, upgraded earning benefits apply automatically. 

Tier status remains active for the remainder of the current calendar year. Tier qualifications are reset annually. 

Earning Derm Points 

Members may earn Derm Points through qualifying purchases and eligible rewards activities completed through the Advanced Dermatology online store. 

Qualifying Purchases 

Members earn points on eligible online store purchases before discounts and prior to taxes and shipping fees being applied. 

Points are currently redeemable online only. In-office redemption may become available at a later date. 

Gift card purchases are currently eligible to earn points. 

Eligible purchases, earning eligibility, and qualifying activities are determined solely by Advanced Dermatology and may change at any time with or without notice. 

Redeeming Rewards 

Members may redeem earned Derm Points for discounts on eligible online purchases. 

Rewards may be redeemed toward eligible online purchases and may be combined with promotional offers, sitewide sales, shipping discounts, and eligible promo codes unless otherwise stated. 

Points and rewards: 

Advanced Dermatology reserves the right to modify redemption structures, earning values, and reward availability at any time. 

Points Expiration 

Derm Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. 

Members may receive reminder notifications prior to point expiration, including: 

Expired points cannot be reinstated once removed from an account. 

Returns, Refunds & Order Adjustments 

If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or otherwise adjusted, any Derm Points earned from that purchase may be removed from the member’s account. 

If points were redeemed toward a refunded or canceled order, Advanced Dermatology reserves the right to adjust the member’s points balance accordingly. 

Abuse of return policies, excessive returns, refund manipulation, or rewards redemption activity may result in account suspension or removal from the Program. 

Program Limitations & Misuse 

The Advanced Dermatology Rewards Program is intended for personal use only. 

The following activities are prohibited: 

Advanced Dermatology reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke rewards accounts and points balances at any time if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected. 

Program Changes & Termination 

Advanced Dermatology reserves the right to update, revise, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice, including: 

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
