How do I manage preferences for online shop marketing emails?

Visit the My account page and select the “Communication” tab to make updates to your online shop marketing emails.

How do I update my account payment preferences?

Visit the My account page and select “Payment methods” to make updates to the credit card on file for your order subscriptions or future online store purchases.

I forgot my password. How do I reset the password?

Visit the lost password page or go to the Sign In page and click on “forgot password”. You will be sent an email with ta link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. Please contact customer service if you need further assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship domestic orders within the United States.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.

How do I use a coupon code?

Visit your cart and enter your coupon code in the field after “Coupon Code”. If the code does not work, check the coupon details such as coupon code spelling, which products are included in the promotional offer, and expiration date for coupon valid dates. If you need additional support, please contact us here by submitting a contact us form.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped standard ground shipping through USPS, UPS, or Fedex and will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive depending on ‘ship to’ address placed in the order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking numbers to track your order and get updated information on delivery dates.

What is your return policy?

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase by completing the contact us form on our Contact page.

• Orders that are received damaged will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
• Orders that have incorrect products will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.

Can I use a Physical Gift Card purchased at an Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery toward an online purchase?

We currently are not able to process physical gift cards purchased at one of our locations for purchases made online. However, our customer service team can help you transfer the gift card account balance to your online account at your request. To get support on a location gift card account balance transfer to an online account, please contact us by submitting the form on the contact page.

Do gift cards expire?

No, gift cards do not expire. Please treat gift cards like you would cash and store gift cards in a secure location. We encourage gift card purchasers and recipients to set a reminder on their personal calendar to use their gift cards so that the gift cards are not forgotten or lost. If you purchase an eGift card, you can add it to your account and the balance of your card will be saved for future purchases.

Where can I use a Physical Gift Card purchased in the online shop?

Physical gift cards purchased in our online shop can be used toward purchases made at any Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery location such as: an aesthetic consultation, aesthetic services, skincare and hair care products, and out of pocket expenses like co-pays. Physical gift cards cannot be used toward online purchases. If you would prefer to purchase a card that can be used for online purchases, please choose an eGift card instead of the Physical gift card when ordering. Physical Gift Cards are mailed to the recipient of your choice.

Where can I use eGift Cards purchased in the online shop?

eGift cards purchased in our online shop can be used toward purchasing any products listed in our online shop. eGift cards can be emailed to your choice of recipient as a gift toward online purchases. eGift cards cannot be used at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery locations. If you would like to purchase a gift card option that can be used at an Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery location, please purchase a Physical Gift Card.
